Not feeling your latest haul? No worries. We’ve got you covered with free and easy returns within 30 days of purchase for eligible orders placed on ghoulishgirls.com.au.*

*But first, a few spooky ground rules:

  • No exchanges for size or colour. If you’ve had a change of heart (or made a mistake with your order), you can return it for a refund—just make sure it’s within the 30-day window.
  • Only Ghoulish Girls gear gets the refund treatment. If you send us back something that didn’t come from us, don’t expect a refund—or to get it back, unless you’re willing to cover the return postage. We’re not liable for lost souls… or parcels.
  • Your items must be in original condition, with all tags attached and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on facemasks, swimwear, hats, socks, caps, undergarments or drink bottles—unless they’re faulty or not fit for purpose.
  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable, but orders $100 or over ship free. (You’re welcome. 😉)

How do I return an item?

Important Information Before Lodging a Return:

  • Online purchases must be returned via Australia Post only. We cannot accept returns sent to any physical store or address.
  • Exchanges are not available for online orders. To change size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
  • Returns can take up to 7 business days from the date we receive your package to be fully processed. Processing times may be longer during peak sale periods. Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. For more details on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
  • Returns for Change of Mind requests made after 30 days from purchase may be refused after inspection at Ghoulish Girls’ discretion.
  • If your return involves incorrectly delivered, faulty, or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team before sending anything back for assistance.

When will I get my refund?

Ghoulish Girls strives to complete all Returns and Refunds within 28 days.

Our quality assurance team carefully inspects each returned item to ensure it complies with our Return Policy. This inspection can take up to 7 business days from when your return arrives at ours.

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 2-3 business days to your original payment method. Please note that some banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
