Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@ghoulishgirls.com.au within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
